3D2N Batang Ai Rainforest Experience

HIGHLIGHT

Experience the Borneo rainforest, enjoy the pleasures of upriver travel, trek in search of wild orangutans; and stay at Nanga Sumpa lodge on this 3 days / 2 nights tour of Batang Ai.

Itinerary

Day 1 Kuching – Nanga Sumpa (L/D)

0800 hours pick up from Kuching and drive to Batang Ai reservoir. Along the way stop at Lachau Bazaar and have lunch. Then continue your journey, arriving at Batang Ai Lake around 1330-1400 hours. Board a longboat and travel upriver to Nanga Sumpa, arriving at approx. 1530 hours, although the exact time will depend on river conditions. Settle in at Borneo Adventure’s lodge. Have a swim in the clear river in front of the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Nanga Sumpa lodge.

Day 2 Enseluai Waterfall – Riverside BBQ (B/L/D)

Following breakfast hike the jungle trails along the river. Orangutans are sometimes seen in the rainforest near the lodge. Then continue upriver by longboat. Our destination is the scenic Enseluai waterfall. Arrive at the waterfall and have time to relax, swim and enjoy the rainforest surroundings. Enjoy a riverside BBQ lunch prepared by your Iban hosts. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Nanga Sumpa – Kuching (B/L)

Breakfast in the lodge. 0830 hours travel downriver to the Batang Ai Lake jetty, arriving around 1030-1100 hours. Then travel overland back to Kuching with lunch enroute. Arrive in Kuching approx. 1630 hours.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

All paid bookings under the SSS 2.0 are non-refundable.
Customers agree that their purchased tour(s) will be delegated to one of our trusted Consortium Agent / Consortium Vendor who will contact the Customer for further arrangements and details regarding the booking, in up to five (05) working days after the booking has been made. Customers are not allowed to request for any specific agent to handle their tours, upon purchase.
Take note that the cut-off date for booking is six (06) days before the travelling date.
Customers to inform their respective delegated Consortium Agent, should they wish to make changes to their booking, up to two (02) times only and at latest forty eight (48) hours before the booking date. This applies to cases such as;
1. Postponement of travelling date.
2. Customer(s) replacement.
Group Bookings only for all packages under the Sia Sitok Sarawak 2.0 - Min 2 pax per booking, unless specified.
Optional Insurance could be available for purchase, but all insurance related matters are to be between the Customer and the Consortium Agent / Vendor.
